Hello out there! Better late than never for this short edition of the Savvy Entrepreneur. I was reminded today that entrepreneurs don't have time, we make time. Life is short, time is money, so make sure you do what you love. Make time for reflection and creation. Enjoy yourself and others, and go creative at craft night with Etsy Labs in San Francisco.
Here is the blurb from the site:
Fall is coming and the time has come to put away that tee shirt you've been living in all summer. Why not revamp it? This month Craft Bar goes green with a night of T-shirt recycling! Bring an old shirt and turn it into a fun project.
Not quite ready for your favorite tee to start a new life? Stop by for the perennial favorite, Stitch 'n Bitch, with drop-in instruction in knitting and crocheting. Don't forget to take inspiration from the gallery and the store while you explore the creative process. Craft Bar is free with $5 admission to the gallery.
When: Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 6 to 9 p.m. PT. Online demo at 1 p.m. PT in the Virtual Labs. We'll live online, making bags and braided necklaces from recycled T-shirts.
Where: Museum of Craft and Folk Art at 51 Yerba Buena Lane, San Francisco, CA.
Go! Go! Go! Enjoy. Till next week...smile and enjoy life.
