Donations to St. Anthony's Dining Room for Holiday Gifts for the Homeless

Dorothy Reinhardt, of Dorothy Designs, decided to put together a little social knitting group to knit or crochet some scarves and/or hats to donate to St. Anthony's Dining Room this holiday season. We ended up with 4 scarves and around 60 hats! Dorothy was caught on KTVU Channel 2 News on Sunday, December 22 dropping off the goods. Happy Holiday and a big Thanks to everyone who participated! I apologize if I missed anyone's donations that were sent in directly to St. Anthony's. I know that a number of people wanted to participate, but were swamped with preparations for the big Indie Holiday Show Thanksgiving Weekend. We'll try to start earlier in 2015. If anyone wants to participate, please email Dorothy Designs 2 at gmail.com. We'd be happy to help with knitting instruction and to accept donations of yarn or cash donations to go towards yarn purchases. We need washable wool or wool blend yarn in colors other than: white and lighter colors.
