I know that there's another store in Oakland, Make My Day (3850 Piedmont Ave) that's looking to carry more local artists' work. The owner is a friend of mine, and they currently carry some of my cards with an Asian flair, which fits into their modern-Asian/African theme. Give them a try if it fits your style!
