Congratulations to the winners of the Top Ten vote! I have submitted your items to Handmade Spark for their review and hopefully they will be featuring the SF Etsy Top Ten very soon.
Many thanks to everybody who submitted items and to everybody who took the time to vote. And thanks as well to the many people who were kind enough to vote for my Bird's Nest Pendant. It was tied for 10th place with drywell's fantastic poster, and I decided to be the tiebreaker and award the 10th place to the poster. Because, in my opinion, that's what leaders should do :-)

I agree with LeAnne... a fabulous final 10!!! Also, very nice of you to concede to the poster, which is fabulous, although perhaps at least one piece of jewelry could have been represented, but I think you took the high road, and that's always good! :)

And yes, Theresa, it was surprising to me that no jewelry made the top 10 cut. We certainly had many lovely pieces submitted in the initial 56! It looked to me like many people made an effort to diversify their 10 choices, and in the process I think that the votes got split among the jewelry pieces, so jewelry got lots of votes but there wasn't an overwhelming majority to bump any single piece into the top 10.
At any rate, I'm delighted with the wonderful items that were chosen. Go SF Etsy!
