May Meet & Make Recap: Lavender Sachets At SJMQT with Rebecca Saylor

We had a great time last night at the May Meet & Make -- SF Etsy's co-captain Rebecca Saylor of OodleBaDoodle taught us how to make sweet-smelling lavender sachets!
Rebecca helps a young maker at the sewing machine.
Rebecca had chosen a variety of lovely fabrics for us to use, in a variety of beautiful colors and textures. Many thanks to FabMo for donating the upcycled fabrics!

As usual, we had a great group of SF Etsy volunteers to help support the workshop. Many thanks to Sandy and Liz for taking time out of their busy schedules to join in the fun!

Trying out the craft so we can teach it! From left to right: Rebecca of OodleBaDoodle Sandy, and yours truly, Jen of Mama's Magic Studio. Not pictured (because she was behind the camera!) Liz of Ionyka. Joanne from the museum joined us, too!

And a big thank you to the San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles for hosting another fun Meet & Make workshop!
Christine, executive director of SJMQT, takes a break from crafting for a little social media.
We love helping out with these workshops! SF Etsy will be taking a bit of a break from hosting for June and July, but we will be back in August with another great crafting activity. See you then!
