This week our chat topic will be custom orders.
We'll start with finding out if people do, or have done, custom orders and what they thought about it.
We'll look at the different levels of customisation that can be offered through an Etsy or online store and the pros and cons associated with each, including suggestions on how to list fully custom pieces.
Finally we'll talk about offering customisation in person through craft fairs or other physical locations.
