#SFEtsy November 6th - Customer Service

Etsy Bootcamp this week is all about customer service and they have a great post with lots of tips.

We'll be picking up the topic as well, focusing on specifically on getting repeat customers. We'll share tips for good communication before a sale as well as how to find opportunities to go the extra mile even for a straightforward sale.

Finally we'll look at all the things you can do after a sale to encourage your customers to come back.
